The host stayed in contact with us and replied back fast if i had a question. We loved that it was right across the street from a huge mall/food court. Right around or through the mall (10-15 min walk) is the train station where the next stop is Disneyland Paris!

In addition to visiting Disneyland and Paris we had time to visit local restaurants and shops. Our favourite restaurant was Nonna et Nonno in the beautiful plaza just outside the shopping centre because the grandchildren could have pasta and pizza which they never seem to get tired of. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed their food and drinks. We spent a morning at Val d'Europe - great if you're a shopaholic which I am not so when the sun came out we knew we had to sample some delicious flavoured ice creams which pleased the grandchildren and us grandparents. The younger members of the family. having their own fitness regimes, were delighted to find a gym just four minutes away where they experienced friendly people and great facilities. It was reasonably priced too.Wright - 10Scored 10

Location to Disney is the big sell here. Close enough to the action, able to stay right to the end knowing there is shuttle bus that will take you right back! Clean , spacious apartment located at a convenient location. Instructions given on how to find and access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Felt very homey as everything needed were there. A 5 star accommodation. Information booklet provided was very useful and reliable to our stay, especially for places to eat. Would recommend.

Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris...
Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and once checked out the room you can leave luggage at the hotel so you can enjoy your last day without worrying about taking luggage with you. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel does need a face lift in some communal areas.

Serris is a lovely clean area which is in a fantastic location right next to the Val d''Europe shopping centre and walking distance to the Disneyland Parks. It was very pretty at Christmas with all the lights :)

Breakfast was delicious, possibly the nicest pastries we ever had. The location was perfect for our trip to Disneyland Paris with a very convenient free bus routinely transporting guests to and from the Parks. There is also a huge shopping complex directly across the road from the hotel. The hotel was very good value for money and we will certainly stay here again for any further return trips to visit Disneyland Paris.

But our last stay was really really amazing. I need to highlight and appreciate once again night manager, who helped us even we arrived really really early. He went through beyond to make our short stay great as possible. Definitely huge surprise for us - and we will definitely return next time!
